Any changes will be informed to you prior and if the reason for changes is from our side, we are going to give you tickets of other day close to same cost you purchased your previous ticket but everything depends on airlines guidelines at that point of time. If it would be in our hands to do the cancellation before your departure, well in that case we are going to offer you following options :
The changes will depends on the situation that has been occurred from the airline’s side or because of their fault. In this case we do not take any responsibility and will not offer any type of compensation. The best we can do is , talk to airlines on your behalf regarding the refund but if they do not agree then it’s not our responsibility to do reimbursement.
