Cancellation policy

Any changes will be informed to you prior and if the reason for changes is from our side, we are going to give you tickets of other day close to same cost you purchased your previous ticket but everything depends on airlines guidelines at that point of time. If it would be in our hands to do the cancellation before your departure, well in that case we are going to offer you following options :

  • You have to accept the adjustments that has been changed.
  • If it will be possible at that time , you can go for another trip of the same cost if present. But the trip that is alternative will be marked as your fresh purchase and we will try our best to correlate with airlines regarding refunds and reimbursement but everything depends on airlines policies. You can go for the alternative options available at that time which suits your requirements but you have to pay the applicable price if necessary for the adjustment options.
  • You will be getting the complete refund after the cancellation but it completely depends on airlines, if they allow us to refund you the full cost or partial cost of the booking.

The changes will depends on the situation that has been occurred from the airline’s side or because of their fault. In this case we do not take any responsibility and will not offer any type of compensation. The best we can do is , talk to airlines on your behalf regarding the refund but if they do not agree then it’s not our responsibility to do reimbursement. The foremost and final decision will be of airlines in this case.
